Oh no I’m so sorry to hear that! Did you use coconut butter or coconut oil?

You could try blending in some monk fruit sweetener ?

Or make chocolate cups and put the filling in those? The extra sweetness from the chocolate might help?

These were not good. I didn’t realize until I had popped them in the fridge for the last time and taken a quick taste of the coconut butter/vanilla layer dribbling down the bowl that there is no sweetener in this recipe if you use the vanilla as written (and not vanilla stevia). I doubled the recipe so I feel like I just wasted a ton of money and now have 24 unedible “treats.” Any suggestions on what kind of sweetener might work at this point?
