I, too, am interested in healthy eating & ran across some nutritional info a while back that said chocolate — especially dark chocolate — is even better for you if you eat it with citrus. (Have you tried Lindt’s Intense Orange dark chocolate bars? They’re yummy.) When I make these bites, I think I might use orange juice concentrate instead of orange extract. By the way, did you know that the white layer just under the skin of an orange contains bioflavonoids & is very good for you, too? Sounds like you’re a great natural cook! Thanks for sharing this recipe. 🙂
