Flourless Dark Chocolate Peppermint Mocha Cookies
{Gluten Free, Dairy Free, EGG FREE, Grain Free, Refined Sugar Free,  Keto, Vegan  & Paleo Friendly}

Makes approx 10-12 deliciously indulgent, secretly healthy, seriously chocolaty, espresso infused cookies with a hint of minty freshness.

Ingredients –

1 cup Almond butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)

1 teaspoon of vanilla

1/4 tsp peppermint extract – more or less to taste

2 Tablespoons of cacao

1-2 teaspoons of espresso – depending on how strong you like it

3 Tablespoons of plant based sweetener of choice –  I use Nuiva – sub monk fruit sweetener or 1/4 C of coconut sugar

1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

A pinch of salt

3-4 Tablespoons of roughly chopped dark chocolate  for drizzling

Optional add in’s;

2-4 scoops of  Vital proteins unflavored collagen peptides – Optional for gut healing goodness – vegan friends omit

1 teaspoon of maca – for hormone balance

1 – 2 scps protein powder – for extra protein – I use Proganics Vanilla whey – you can use EMS10 to get 10% off

Crushed Candy Canes & flaky sea salt for serving

Method –

1 – Pre-heat oven to 175’C/350’F

2 – Line a baking sheet with baking/parchment paper and set aside.

3 – Place all ingredients apart from the chocolate into a medium size bowl (or just throw it all in your trusy ol’ food processor or blender) and stir until well combined.

4 – Use a cookie scoop or spoon to place a small portion of cookie dough onto your prepare baking sheet. Then use your hands and roll into balls and use a fork to gently press down (and make a pretty pattern on top if you like)

Note – If you want a thinner, crispier cookie then feel free to press them out nice and flat.

Feel free to make them as big, small, thick or thin as you like just remember you may need to adjust the baking time slightly depending on the shape and size you choose 😉

5 – Repeat until all the mixture has been used.

6 – Once you have all your cookies shaped bake for 8-10 minutes until the tops are just set and the edges are slightly crisp.

Note – they will firm up as they cool so be careful not to over-bake.

7 – If you’re going to add the chocolate drizzle simply melt chocolate by your preferred method, drizzle over the top and finish with a sprinkling of pink salt and crushed candy canes if desired.

Dark Chocolate PB & J Crunch Bites
{Sugar Free – Gluten Free – Dairy Free – Vegan & Paleo Friendly}
Makes approx 9 secretly healthy, seriously chocolatey, crisp and crunchy, peanut butter infused, berry-licious bites of deliciousness

Ingredients –

For the slice ;

1/4 cup dark chocolate

1/4 cup Peanut butter ( or nut/seed butter of choice )
(Powdered peanut butter works too)

1/4 cup freeze dried strawberries, crushed

1 1/2 cup puffed rice cereal or cereal of choice –  I also love to use these crispie comets by love grown

Optional for topping –

2-4 Tbsp (1/4-1/2 a black) of dark chocolate

Flakey sea salt

Method –

1 – Line a small loaf pan or baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.

Note – You could also make them single serve so you don’t have to bother slicing – simple line a muffin tray with paper cases and spoon the mixture into each case instead of making one big slice. Do what you feel 🙂

2 – Place rice cereal and crushed berries into a large bowl and stir to combine. Set aside.

3 – Melt chocolate by your preferred method – I like to do mine on the stove, double broiler style but a microwave will work just fine too.

4 – Once your chocolate is nice and melted, stir in your peanut butter.

5 – Pour dreamy, chocolate peanut butter mix over your rice/berries and stir to combine.

6 – Spoon slice mix into your prepared tray and use a spoon to spread and smooth it out into one nice even layer, pressing gently but firmly as you go.

7 – Melt and pour remaining chocolate over your slice mix, sprinkle with sea salt and place it in the fridge or freezer to set.

8 – Slice and devour!

Please note, this slice is super crunchy and may crumble a little as you cut it up, I personally love that rustic look plus any shards that fly off = bonus chef snacks 😉 #worthit

No Bake {Date Free} Chai Spiced Blondie Bites with Raw Dark Chocolate Espresso Frosting

{Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Sugar Free, Keto & Paleo Friendly}

Makes approx 16 –  All natural, quick and easy, subtly sweet, deliciously buttery, soft and chewy, perfectly spiced, DATE FREE blondie bites – no baking required!!!

Ingredients –

2 Tablespoons of Almond Butter
2 Tablespoons of coconut butter( or coconut oil/ghee)
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1 Tablespoon of healthy, homemade chai spice mix – more or less to taste – I like mine spicy so feel free to adjust accordingly
1/3 cup of almond flour
1 Tablespoon of coconut flour
1 pinch of salt
1 Tablespoon of almond milk (or milk of choice)

For a sweeter blondie – add 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup

Optional add-ins ;
1 teaspoon of maca – for hormone balance
1-2 scoops of Vital proteins unflavored collagen peptides optional for an extra boost of protein and gut healing goodness – omit if vegan (or sub marine collage if pescatarian)
1 scp protein powder – for extra protein – I use Proganics Vanilla whey – you can use EMS10 to get 10% off

For the “optional” Dark Chocolate Espresso Ganache  –

1/2 cup (solid) coconut cream – to get this I opened a can of coconut cream and let it sit, uncovered, in the fridge overnight then scooped the solid creamy portion from the top (use the liquid in smoothies or just drink it) – you can skip this step and scoop the cream straight from the can but I find it’s more luscious and creamy if you chill it over night first – either way it’s delicious.
1/2 cup dark chocolate
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2-1 teaspoon of espresso – depending on how strong you like it
1 pinch of salt

Method –

Step 1 – the night before – Open a can of coconut cream and let it sit, uncovered, in the fridge overnight this will allow the cream to separate from the water. When you’re ready to go scoop the solid creamy portion from the top (use the liquid in smoothies or just drink it or freeze into ice cubes for later use)

2 – Line a mini cupcake tray with paper cases and set aside (or you could line a mini loaf pan or baking dish if you prefer)

3 – Place all blondie ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine.

4 – Press approx 1 heaping Tablespoon of blondie mix into each cupcake case, use a spoon (or just your fingers) to firmly press it down so it’s nice and flat – or you can press it in to a loaf pan/baking dish then slice and serve.

4 – Pop it into the fridge for 20 mins (or freezer for 5) until firm.

For the ganache –

1 – Melt chocolate by your preferred method – I like to do mine on the stove, double broiler style but a microwave will work just fine too.

2 – Add espresso, vanilla, salt & stir to combine.

3 – Add the coconut cream to your espresso infused chocolate and stir until well combined.

4 – To serve – spread your blondie bites with ganache sprinkle with sea salt & an extra dusting of chai if desired.

Note – this bites are best  kept refrigerated and served chilled. They  will keep well refrigerated for 7-10 days ,although I highly doubt it will last that long, and can be frozen for 3-6 months.

To be honest, I had no real intention of sharing this recipe, actually I didn’t even plan on making it! But, I got a craving/idea that could not be ignored and then I shared a snap of it over on Instagram and hundreds of you very loudly politely demanded requested that I share the recipe, ASAP!

Dark Chocolate Espresso Ganache Tarts {Gluten Free - Dairy Free - Refined Sugar Free - Low Carb - Vegan - Keto - Paleo} - www.betterwithcake.com

Dark Chocolate Espresso Ganache Tarts
{Gluten Free – Dairy Free – Refined Sugar Free – Low Carb – Vegan – Keto – Paleo}

Makes approx – 10  deliciously indulgent, silky smooth, espresso infused, lightly salted dark chocolate ganache filled tarts

Ingredients –

For the base –

1/4 cup COLD ghee or grass-fed butter – must be cold – very important!
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup arrowroot (tapioca)
3 Tablespoons of plant based sweetener of choice –  I use Nuiva – sub monk fruit sweetener or 1/4 C of coconut sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 pinch of salt

For the filling –

1/2 cup coconut cream – regular cream works too
1 block (1/2 cup) dark chocolate
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2-1 teaspoon of espresso – more or less depending on how strong you like it
1 pinch of salt

Optional add ins-

1 teaspoon of maca – for hormone balance
1-2 scoops of collagen – I love to use Vital proteins collagen peptides – for a gut healing goodness – omit if vegan (or sub marine collage if pescatarian)

Method –

For the base –

1 – Pre-heat oven to 175’C/350/F

2 – Line a muffin/cupcake tray with paper cases and set aside.

3 – Place all ingredients into a bowl a beat with an electric mixer (I used the paddle attachment on my stand mixer) until creamy and well combined.

3 – Spoon into your prepared muffin tray, use a small spoon, or your thumb, or a small shot glass/measuring cup to press a small indent into the centre.

4 – Bake for 6-8 mins until golden. Note they will crisp up as they cool.

For the filling –

1 – Melt chocolate by your preferred method – I like to do mine on the stove, double broiler style but a microwave will work just fine too.

2 – Add espresso, vanilla, salt & stir to combine.

3 – Add the coconut cream to your espresso infused chocolate and stir until well combined.

4 – Spoon into your tart cases.

To serve –

5 – Dust with cacao, drizzle with a little a extra coconut cream

6 – Devour!

Tarts can be kept at room temperature, the ganache will set quite firmly when stored in the fridge so you may want to bring them out / up to room temp before serving.

Super Fudgy, Flourless, Dark Chocolate Sweet Potato Brownies
{Nut Free – Gluten Free – Dairy Free – Refined Sugar Free – Vegan – Keto – Paleo Friendly}

Makes 9 tiny but mighty, decadent, rich, deliciously indulgent, seriously chocolaty, super fudgey, secretly healthy, chocolate brownies.

Ingredients –

1 cup mashed sweet potato – I used 1 medium – keto friends feel free to sub 1/2 sweet potato/1/2  avocado

1/2 cup tahini

1 egg – vegan friends sub a flax/chia egg or your fave egg replacer

1/4 cup cacao*

1 Tablespoon of vanilla extract

3-4 Tablespoons of plant based sweetener of choice –  I use Nuiva – you can sub monk fruit  monk fruit sweetener or 1/4-1/2 cup of coconut sugar

1 teaspoon of instant espresso – optional this really helps enhance the richness of the chocolate

2 Tablespoons of filtered water

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

2-4 Tablespoons of your fave dark chocolate chopped – optional (but not really 😉 )

Optional add in’s;
2-4 scoops of  Vital proteins unflavored collagen peptides – Optional for gut healing goodness – vegan friends omit

2 teaspoons of maca – for hormone balance

* I’ve also made these VERY successfully using 1/4 cup of Perfect Keto Choc MCT oil powder in place of the cacao

Method –

1 – Pre-heat oven to 175’C/350’F

2 – Grease a small square baking dish  with coconut oil/ghee or baking/parchment paper and set aside.

3 – Place all ingredients apart from chocolate , if using,  into your food processor or blender and process until smooth, creamy & well combined. If your batter is a little thick, add a splash or two of almond milk (or milk of choice) 1 Tbsp at a time to reach a smoother consistency.

4 – Pour into your prepared baking dish  and bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are set and a toothpick has just a few moist crumbs attached when inserted into the centre.

DO NOT OVER BAKE!!!

5 –  Cool – slice – devour!

For best results allow to cool completely before serving. I prefer mine chilled.

Salted Dark Chocolate Almond Butter Cups with Crispy Quinoa
{Sugar Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan, Keto & Paleo Friendly}

Makes 12-14 Deliciously simple, seriously indulgent, decadent and rich, salted dark chocolate cups stuffed with creamy, dreamy, almond butter & crispy, crunchy popped quinoa

Ingredients –

1/3 cup of almond butter – Homemade – store- bought – it’s all good!

1/2 cup of good quality dark chocolate

2 Tablespoons of uncooked quinoa, rinsed.

Flaky sea salt

Optional add-in;

1-2 scoops of collagen – for protein and gut healing goodness

Method –

1 – Melt chocolate by your preferred method. I like to do mine broiler style by placing my chocolate in a small bowl  over a pot of simmering water.

2 – Use a teaspoon to drizzle some melted chocolate into a chocolate mold (or can use mini paper or silicone cupcake/muffin cases if you prefer) and spread to coat evenly. Don’t use all your chocolate, remember you want to save about 1/4 of it to spread on top once our chocolate cups are filled.

3 – Place your chocolate cups in the fridge or freezer to set.

4 – While your chocolate cups are setting, place your (rinsed) quinoa into a dry skillet/fry pan over medium heat – stir/toss/shake the pan frequently until they become fragrant (it should smell deliciously nutty) quinoa pops and if using white quinoa it will become slightly golden. It should take about 3-5 mins.

5 – Place almond butter into a small bowl and stir through your toasted quinoa and collagen, if using. Set aside.

6 – Remove  your chocolate cups from the fridge or freezer, fill each chocolate cup with a spoonful of your quinoa studded almond butter, then use the back of your spoon carefully smooth out the top and firmly but gently press the filling down into the chocolate cups.

7 – Once all your cups are filled,  top with a little extra chocolate, smooth it all the way to the edges to the filling is completely covered then sprinkle with salt and place them back into the fridge (or freezer) to set.

These delicious little cups will keep well in the fridge for several weeks but can also be stored in the freezer for 3-6 months!

Alright party people, it’s that time again, time for another round of Fit Friday Fun, are you ready?!

Today I’m sharing one short, sharp lower body workout that you can get in and get done in less then 20 minutes , with or without equipment, totally your call, what do you say, are you up for the challenge?

You guys know how how much I love, love, love my lower body workouts, The lower body is where your powerhouse muscles are (I’m looking at you quads, glutes and hamstrings) which means you get a serious bang for your workout butt, I mean buck 😉

So, here’s what we are going to do –

5  exercisesForward Lunge – Reverse Lunge – Jump Squat – Curtsy Lunge – Lateral/Side Lunge.

We will aim to do 8-10 reps of each exercise (count reps per leg for lunges) then repeat the entire sequence through for a total of 3 rounds, resting as needed. Sound good?

Just because I’m not allocating any specific rests breaks in today’s workout does not mean you push through without taking any rest!

I want you to listen to that beautiful body of yours and anytime you feel like you need to take a break to catch your breath and grab a little drink then by all means please do so, and take all the time you need. However, if possible try to wait until you get to the end of each set or the bottom of each round to do so but, do what you gotta do, OK?!

If you feel like you need to stop, grab a drink and catch your breath, by all means do so, take all the time you need,  then get straight back into it and repeat for a total of 3 rounds, deal?

❤ Add/remove weight & rest as needed

Nothing complicated, basic movements done with good form for a short but effective lower body workout.

Now, for those of you who are just getting started or may not have access to a gym of any kind of weights you can absolutely do with workout without any added weight and let me tell you, you will be feeling it.

Just because you’re “only” using your body-weight as resistance doesn’t not make this an easy workout. Your quads and glutes will be burning by the final round and you will definitely be feeling the effects of it tomorrow I assure you.

For our fully functioning/more advanced lifters who might be looking to make things a little more challenging – Grab yourself a weapon of choice – a set of dumbbells, a barbell, kettlebells, your EmPack, some resistance bands or any combination you like. Make sure you choose something appropriate for your strength but, don’t be afraid to challenge yourself.

The final reps in each set should be tough!

Although, we want quality not quantity, always! Never compromise your form, ever! If your form starts to fail your done, got it?

Take your time, concentrate, focus and breathe through each and every exercise. You are strong, you are amazing, you have big energy! You’ve totally got this!

As always make sure you are nice an warm before you start your workout – Run on the spot, do jumping jacks, jump rope, dance around your living room, anything to get you warm then it’s time to get serious.

Finish with a nice little cool down and stretch, maybe take a walk or something anything to help bring your heart rate down. Finish with a few of your fave stretches. Please don’t skip the stretch people, its like dessert for the body.

Oh and I should probably mention that not only does our deliciously indulgent, seriously chocolatey, secretly healthy smoothie taste like an absolute dream but, it also happens to be sugar free , dairy free, gluten free, vegan, keto and paleo friendly!!!

Dark Chocolate Turkish Delight
{Sugar Free – Dary Free – Vegan – Keto  – Paleo Friendly}
Makes 1 nice tall, decadent, rich, delicious, nutritious, creamy, dreamy, berry infused  secretly healthy, seriously chocolatey smoothie

Ingredients –

1/4 cup of coconut of or Greek style yogurt

3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)

1/2 an overripe banana (preferably pre-frozen) – sub 1/2 cup of pre-steamed & frozen cauliflower/zucchini or 1/3 an avocado for keto

1/3 cup of frozen strawberries

1 Tablespoon of cacao

1 Tablespoon of almond butter (cashew – hazelnut – pistachio – coconut butter & tahini/sunflower seed butter work too)

1/2  teaspoon of vanilla (or 2-4 drops of vanilla cream stevia – I like to use Sweet Leaf Stevia )

1/2 a teaspoon of instant espresso – optional to help enhance the richness of the cacao  extract

Optional add ins-

1 teaspoon of maca – optional for hormone balance

1 scoop of Vital proteins unflavored collagen peptides optional for an extra dose of protein and gut healing goodness

1/4-1/2  cup of ice – more or less to desired consistency

Optional but recommended for serving –

Cacao nibs

Coconut Flakes

Pistachios, crushed

Edible rose petals

Method –

1 – Place all smoothie ingredients into your and process until smooth, creamy and well combined.

2 – Pour into a chilled glass or mason jar then top with cacao nibs and coconut flakes if desired.

You could also add in a scoop of protein powder (chocolate, vanilla or unflavoured would work really well in this recipe – I like to use The Healthy Chef – WPI)  for an extra boost of protein if you’re into that kinda thing – do what you feel baby 🙂

Healthy, Homemade, 2 Ingredient
Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Cashew Butter Cups
{Sugar Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan, Keto & Paleo Friendly}

Makes 12-14 Deliciously simple, seriously indulgent, decadent and rich, salted dark chocolate cups stuffed with creamy, dreamy, chocolate hazelnut cashew butter

Ingredients –

1/3 cup of healthy, homemade, chocolate hazelnut cashew butter

*  You could always use a pre-made/store bought cashew butter & add 1 Tbsp of cacao and 1/2 tsp of vanilla & 1/2 tsp of hazelnut extract in place of the homemade if you prefer

1/2 cup of good quality dark chocolate – I use dairy free

1 Tablespoon of flaky sea salt

Optional add in’s;

1 teaspoon of maca powder – For hormone balance

1-2 Tablespoons of MCT oil – brain boosting energy

2 scoops of collagen ( I ♥ Vital proteins unflavored collagen peptides ) – for gut healing goodness

1-2 scoops of protein powder (vanilla, chocolate or unflavored would work best in this recipe) – for extra protein – I use Progenies organic whey  – you can use EMS10 to get 10% off

Method –

1 – Melt chocolate by your preferred method. I like to do mine broiler style by placing my chocolate in a small bowl  over a pot of simmering water.

2 – Use a teaspoon to drizzle some melted chocolate into a chocolate mold (or can use mini paper or silicone cupcake/muffin cases if you prefer) and spread to coat evenly. Don’t use all your chocolate, remember you want to save about 1/4 of it to spread on top once our chocolate cups are filled.

3 – Place your chocolate cups in the fridge or freezer to set.

4 – Once set, remove  your chocolate cups from the fridge or freezer, fill each chocolate cup with a spoonful of your chocolate hazelnut cashew butter, (stir in your optional extras before filling ) then use the back of your spoon carefully smooth out the top and firmly but gently press the filling down into the chocolate cups.

5 – Once all your cups are filled with creamy, dreamy chocolate hazelnut cashew butter, top with a little extra chocolate, smooth it all the way to the edges to the filling is completely covered then sprinkle with salt  and place them back into the fridge (or freezer) to set.

These delicious little cups will keep well in the fridge for several weeks but can also be stored in the freezer for 3-6 months!

I decided to do a combination of nuts for the base because;

1⃣ – I love the neutral flavor (and nutritional profile) that almonds bring to the party.

2⃣- The creamy texture of cashews make things deliciously buttery and just down right dreamy.

3⃣ – Walnuts add depth of flavor that is simply divine and, even though we only use 1/4 of a cup in this here recipe, they have certainly earned their place in the title.

Any more and they would be overpowering and any less you wouldn’t even know they’re in there.

Oh how I love me some coconut butter – just 1 little Tablespoon in this super simple recipe but what a difference it makes!

That one sneaky spoonful of coconut butter is what, I think, transforms this recipe from bliss bite to truffle!

Dark Chocolate, Walnut Truffles
{Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Refined Sugar Free & Paleo Friendly}
Makes approx 20 {bite size} all natural, quick and easy, subtly sweet, decadent, rich, deliciously indulgent, seriously chocolatey, healthy, wholesome, dark chocolate truffles!

Ingredients –

1/2 cup raw almonds

1/4 cup raw walnuts

1/4 cup raw cashews

3 Tablespoons of hemp seeds

3/4 cup medjool dates*

1 Tablespoon of cacao

1 Tablespoon of coconut (or cashew) butter

1/2 teaspoon of instant espresso (optional – please note you can’t actually taste the espresso I find it just really helps to enhance and intensify the flavor of the chocolate/cacao)

1 teaspoon of vanilla (or 4-6 drops of vanilla cream stevia – I like to use Sweet Leaf Stevia )

A pinch of salt

1 teaspoon of maca powder – optional

2 scoops of collagen ( I ♥ nutra organics &   Vital proteins unflavored collagen peptides – optional for an extra dose of protein and gut healing goodness

Optional for serving –

Cacao

Finely shredded coconut flakes

Hemp seeds

Method –

1 – Optional but highly (HIGHLY) recommended – Place your nuts on to a lined baking tray and roast at 175’C/350’F for 5-10 mins until lightly toasted, gloriously golden and deliciously fragrant.

2 – Once toasted, place your nuts into your food processor/blender and pulse until crumbly, you want there to still be a few bigger chunks to give the bites some nice texture.

3 – Add dates and process until the mixture starts to come together into a sticky, loose “dough”.

4 – Add vanilla, hemp seeds, salt, cacao, espresso, maca and collagen (if using) then process again until combined.

5 – Using your hands, roll approx 1 small Tablespoons worth of dough into bite size balls then set aside
 – FYI – I like to make my bites on the smaller side. You would probably need 3 of mine to make up one of those golf ball size bites you buy at cafe’s or in stores.

6 – If you are going to coat your bliss bites in cacao, coconut or extra hemp seeds simply place your cacao, coconut and/or hemp seeds into a small bowl or zip lock bag and gentle press/shake until nicely coated. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.

  • If you find your dates are a little dry you could try soaking them in some warm water for 10 mins before you begin, then drain and rinse and make as normal.

3 Ingredient Dark Chocolate Matcha Coconut Butter Cups
{Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Sugar Free, Keto & Paleo Friendly}

Makes 8-10 Deliciously simple, subtly sweet, buttery smooth, seriously indulgent, matcha infused, dark chocolate, coconut butter cups that are as nutritious as they are delicious! Something you’ll really want to sink your teeth into

Ingredients –

1/2 cup of your fave dark chocolate (or you can make your own)

3 Tablespoons of coconut butter , melted and cooled

1 teaspoon of matcha green tea powder

1 teaspoon of vanilla (or 4-6 drops of vanilla cream stevia – I like to use Sweet Leaf Stevia )

A pinch of salt

1 scoop of  Vital proteins unflavored collagen peptides – optional for an extra dose of protein and gut healing goodness

Method –

1 – Melt the chocolate by your preferred method. I like to place my chocolate onto a small plate or bowl and sit it over a pot of gently simmering water, stirring occasionally until nice and melted.

2 – Once melted, use a teaspoon to drizzle some melted chocolate into a chocolate mold (or can use mini paper or silicone cupcake/muffin cases if you prefer) and spread to coat evenly. Don’t use all your chocolate, remember you want to save about 1/4 of it to spread on top once your chocolate cups are filled.

3 – Place your chocolate cups in the fridge or freezer to set.

4 – While your chocolate cups are setting, place your malted coconut butter in to  a small bowl add the matcha and vanilla and stir to combine.

Once that’s done your chocolate cups should be set, ready to be filled.

5 – Fill each chocolate cup with about a teaspoon of your matcha coconut butter, use the back of your spoon carefully press down and smooth it out – gently but firmly  pressing down as you go.

Repeat until all your chocolate cups have been filled.

6 – Once filled, drizzle each cup with a little of your left over chocolate, then pop them back into the fridge (or freezer) to set.

7 – To serve, sprinkle with a touch of flakey, pink Himalayan sea salt and enjoy.

These delicious little cups are best stored in the fridge or freezer will keep well in a sealed, airtight container the fridge for several weeks (if they last that long, mine never do!)  but, they can also be stored in the freezer for at least 3-6 months!
