I’m not 100% sure Ive never frozen nut butter . It keeps for a really long time in the fridge

The consistency is unreal. Huge huge fan of cashews (just like you!) and I’ve made just about everything in the book cashew-related, except for butter!! This is amazing. The simple sweetness from the vanilla bean is delightful. Can’t wait to eat this with a lil chocolate for dessert!!
